  • Extensive experience in the purchase and sale of businesses with a focus on professional practices and dental practices in particular
  • Primary Nova Scotia counsel to a group of national mortgage lenders
  • Extensive experience with secured lending, both domestic and international
  • Regularly provide advice to clients on intellectual property, corporate governance and shareholders' disputes
