Katie Brace


Cathy Dalziel brings over 29 years of sound legal experience to the firm. Cathy has applied her skills and energy to the fields of insurance and personal injury law, and has written and spoken extensively on these subjects. As a very active member of the profession, Cathy is involved with the Canadian Bar Association - Nova Scotia Branch, Chair of the Legislation and Law Reform Committee, and was for several years a member of the CBA-NS Subcommittee on Tort and Insurance Reform.

She continues to serve on the Nova Scotia Bar Admission Examination Screening Committee, and to participate as a "chambers judge" at bar admission mock chambers applications. She has had a hand in the writing and editing of the bar admission materials on motor vehicle and personal injury law, and in the more distant past taught civil procedure workshops at Dalhousie Law School. Cathy has spoken at Canadian Bar Association, Lexpert, Canadian Institute, APTLA and Nova Scotia Continuing Legal Education conferences.
