Lyn joined Patterson Law in 1982 and is a valued paralegal in our corporate/commercial group. Lyn assists with corporate structuring, reorganization and commercial transactions, including incorporations, registrations, purchase/sale of shares/assets, s. 85 rollovers, s. 86 share exchanges, estate freeze and capital reorganizations, various agreements, amalgamations, continuances, extra-provincial registrations, wind-ups, and electronic filing of documents with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
