Jeremy’s practice encompasses civil litigation and commercial disputes, with a focus on expropriation, land disputes, and insurance litigation. Jeremy has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Jeremy focuses on providing his clients with excellent service and representation in all aspects of litigation.
