David’s practice focuses primarily on business law. He advises and assists individuals, companies, and their accountants, on a range of issues, including the development and implementation of effective planning strategies. He has experience with business incorporations and amalgamations; as well, more complex matters, such as share and asset transactions, shareholder agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, reorganizations and corporate financing.

David also has experience with transactions involving the fishery, including the implementation of intergenerational planning, and transactions involving licenses, quota, fishing enterprises and vessels.
