Cathy Dalziel Retires
Cathy Dalziel, a valued member of our litigation team, will retire from our firm and the practice of law as of June 30, 2012. Cathy brought over 30 years of sound legal experience to Patterson Law and applied her skills and energy to the fields of insurance and personal injury law. Cathy was called to the Bar in 1981 and practiced locally before joining Patterson Law in 2007. She is a respected and very active member of her profession, and was awarded Queen’s Counsel distinction in 2011.
Managing partner Dennis James acknowledged the contribution Cathy has made to the success of this firm as follows: “Cathy has served as an example to all with her great intellect, her unimpeachable sense of ethics and her passion for law and the correctness of law. As a partner, as a lawyer who has been greatly assisted and informed by her and as managing partner I recognize the value of what Cathy did for our firm. She has been a valuable resource and has served us with exceptional skills. A true officer of the court and a lover of law.”
Cathy has served her clients and the firm with distinction, and we wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.
