Patterson Law Welcomes Joel Henderson

We are pleased to welcome Joel D. Henderson to Patterson Law. Joel practices in the area of corporate/commercial law, and has worked on projects including mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, licensing, intellectual property, privacy and capacity issues. Prior to practicing law, Joel worked in pension actuarial consulting. Joel articled with an Ontario firm before returning to the Truro area, and was admitted to the Bars of Nova Scotia and Ontario in 2011.
